Q: Is there a student discount ticket available? We are not offering a discount at this time because of the special low rate that is already offered for the conference. Q: Where do I get my tickets? Go to www.citytocityeurope.com to register, and look for a confirmation email. The costs for the conference are 100 euro. If you pay through the website you pay a small fee. Please look for a confirmation email. Otherwise your attendance is not guaranteed. Q: Will I receive a confirmation of registration? All participants will receive an email confirmation once the registration has been processed. If you have not received your email confirmation, please email Q: Is accommodation included in the price? Accommodation is not included in the price of 100 Euro. There are quite a few good and cheap hotels and hostels in the area around the venue. We have made a special deal with four hotels, which we strongly recommend: Use the special code 'citytocity' if you book. You will get a 15% discount. Q: Are refreshments/lunch/dinner included in the price? Refreshments and lunches are provided on all days. On Tuesday night you can take part in a boat tour with dinner. Pictures of the boat. You will need to book separately for the dinner on the website. Wednesday night there is no program. We encourage you to plan something with your team or spend time with other planters. Q: What do I do if I am coming alone? We love the fact that you would like to join us on your own. But we want to encourage you to come with a church planting team if possible. Q: What should I wear? In Central Europe April can still be a bit chilly. The average temperature is around 10-15 degrees with a possible chance of rain so please bring an umbrella. Warm clothing and flat, comfortable shoes are recommended. A jacket/coat is recommended for nights. Q: When does the conference start and finish? It starts on Tuesday the 23rd of April at 9:00am with registration. It ends Thursday the 25th of April at 1pm. If we do have any program announcements these will be found online, so check the website for updates. Q: Can I register and pay at the door? No. We would like to have everyone registered beforehand. Q: Which translations do you offer? All meetings will be in English. It will be translated into other languages upon request if we also have interpreters present. There will be a fee of 35 Euro for interpretation to cover the cost of headsets and coverage in the venue. Q: Do you have any programs for children? There will be no special programs for children. Childcare will not be provided. Q: I can't attend, but would like a copy of the speakers' messages from the conference. Resources will be available on our website soon after the conference. Q: What are your cancellation policies? Cancellations can be made before the 10th of April 2013. After this date, no refunds will be given. However you may transfer your registration to someone else. Q: Where is the conference? The conference is in a beautiful church in the centre of Prague. The location is: Brethern Church, Soukenicka 15, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic. Look in google maps for the location. Q: How do I travel from the Airport? If you are with a group of people you can book pretty cheap a Shuttle through www.bohemianshuttles.cz. A shuttle 1-4 persons will cost around 25 euro in total. 5-8 persons 45 euro in total. Don't forget to give a small tip.
